Deposits to your oke 14 account may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfers. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. oke 14 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. oke 14 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which oke 14 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. oke 14 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
oke 14 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where oke 14 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the oke 14 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

oke 14's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke 14 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oke 14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
oke 14 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies where required by law. oke 14 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Upon termination for cause, oke 14 may forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending bets. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to oke 14, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable regulatory holds.
You may close your account at any time by contacting oke 14 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the oke 14 Platform shall first be submitted to oke 14 customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Where changes are material, oke 14 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
